Note:

SHELTER RENTAL AGREEMENT
FOR THE HEALTH OF ALL PARK PATRONS, USE OF ALL TOBACCO AND VAPING PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AS WELL AS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
1. The User Fee must be paid before the shelter can be reserved.
***Online registration must be paid within 48 hours or rental will be cancelled.***
2. The user has rights to the shelter only. The parks are always open
to the public.
3. All vehicles must remain in parking areas.
4. The user & participants are liable for all damages during usage to
the property or otherwise.
5. The user must put all trash in trash cans and clean the facility.
6. Electricity will only be provided upon request at time of application.
7. Cancellation must be made 3 working days prior to your reservation
date to receive a refund.
8. The User will furnish the Parks Department with an itemized statement of admissions or fees collected along with the balance of
fees with 48 hours after use.
9. Again, ALL tobacco, vaping products & alcoholic beverages are
prohibited on ALL Jackson County grounds and in ALL Jackson
County Buildings.
10. Space within the facility & fields is limited on the size of area &
seating capacity.
11. Specific arrangements for the shelter must receive prior approval
to allow proper set up time. Arrangements must be made 72 hours in advance of your reservation date.
12. THE JACKSON COUNTY MANAGER MUST APPROVE ALL
FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
13. For special events & tournaments, you must provide proof of
$1,000,000 insurance policy that names the Jackson County
Parks & Recreation Department as an additional rider that must be submitted before the facility reservation is approved. This is also needed should you use any rented inflatables.
14. The Jackson County Parks & Recreation Department can cancel
your reservation at any time due to adverse weather or any other act that is out of our control. You will be notified ASAP should this happen.
15. All online reservations will be subject to JCPRD approval.
FAILURE TO ABIDE BY ALL RULES & REGULATIONS OR FAILURE TO DISCLOSE INFORMATION REGARDING ACTIVITIES WILL RESULT IN THE REVOCATION OF YOUR APPLICATION & IMMEDIATE EVICTION OF THE PREMISES WITHOUT A REFUND.
*I/We assume full responsibility for any damages to the Jackson County Parks & Recreation Department's equipment and/or property that occur as a result of the requested use. Furthermore, I/we understand that the Jackson County Parks & Recreation Department's staff and members will not be held liable for any injury or damage which may occur to me, my guests and/or members of the above named organization and/or property during our requested use of the shelter and/or fields. Sport teams/groups & organizations not sponsored by the Jackson County Parks & Recreation Department must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Jackson County Parks & Recreation as additional insured evidencing the following: Certificate of general insurance with per occurrence and aggregate limits of not less than $1,000,000. Insurance policy must be received before my application is approved.
**By signing this waiver, I/we have read and understand all of the above mentioned. This waiver may be executed & delivered by electronic or digital signature and the Jackson County Parks & Recreation may rely on the receipt of such document so executed & delivered by electronic means as if the original had been received.
