July Outdoor Fitness Classes at Cullowhee - Wednesday, July 1, 2020

Continued Closure - Thursday, June 25, 2020

With the Governor's new orders that were released yesterday, both the Cashiers/Glenville Recreation Center and the Jackson County Recreation Center in Cullowhee will remain closed at least through July 17th.
All outdoor parks are open for use (playgrounds will remain closed).  We do encourage the use of masks and social distancing at all our recreation properties.
We will post updates as they become available from the Governor.

Quick reminder that we have created an on-line community for virtual workouts!💪💪💪This group is open to anyone - you do not have to be a member of our facilities!

Several of our certified group fitness instructors provide workouts that you can do at home with minimal or no equipment. 👌

One of the BEST ways of keeping your immune system up, decreasing stress and anxiety, and improving your mood is to MOVE YOUR BODY! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
