Note:

CAPACITY: Max capacity for this room is 28 people. If your group has more than 28 people, you'll need to rent both party rooms.

NOTE: THE USER IS RENTING A PARTY ROOM ONLY WITH USE OF THE POOLS. THE POOLS WILL ALSO BE OPEN TO FACILITY MEMBERS DURING YOUR PARTY RENTAL TIME.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation at least 48-hours prior to your reservation time, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48-hours from your reservation time, no refund will be issued.

LIFEGUARD DISCLAIMER: If the facility does not have a sufficient number of lifeguards to provide adequate safety to the additional swimmers in the pool as a result of the number of people attending the party, your party may have to be cancelled. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

FACILITY/WEATHER ISSUE: If an unforeseen facility or weather issue arises during your party time reservation, and the party has to end before your actual reservation time ends, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of time lost.
