Registrations, Check-ins and Fees
A pass shall be required for entry and use of the archery range. Each participant shall be made to register on Recdesk and provide all of the required information. They will be given the pass they purchase and a set of rules and procedures. If signing in for a group, the total number of participants must be registered in the system so they can be added to the membership day or annual pass membership lists on Recdesk.
Annual Pass: Cost ($30) For an Annual Pass the participant must pay the required fee of $30 and must sign in using the Archery Range Annual Pass membership type on Recdesk. Participants must register to be able to use the archery range. Any registrant under the age of eighteen (18) years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign them in, and be present when they are at the archery range. They will not be permitted if they do not register or sign in, or if they do not have a parent or legal guardian present to supervise. They will be issued a card that shows date of purchase. Participants who purchase a yearly pass will be required to sign in each new day of use, but will not be charged the fee until their pass has expired. This pass will allow the participant use for the year, during operational hours posted for the whole day. They will not be required to sign back in if they leave and come back.

Archery Rules
ARCHERY RANGE SAFETY: Nocked arrows shall only be pointed downrange towards the target, when all patrons are behind the firing line on a concrete pad, AT ALL TIMES. Once all the archers are behind the firing line and have agreed that the down range area is clear, archers may call the line HOT and proceed to shoot. During arrow retrieval, the range shall be COLD and all bows are to be racked or benched, not in the hands of any patrons of the archery range. Bow shall not be handled when the range is COLD. All range users are personally responsible for range safety and safe shooting practices. JCPRD staff shall be available to assist users with questions concerning range rules and safety.
• Archers must either have a day ($1.00) or annual ($30.00) pass to use the range.
• NO Broadheads allowed on the range.
• Shooting is only allowed from designated shooting pads.
• NO Firearms allowed on the range.
• Only targets provided by JCPRD are allowed.
• Archers should report unsafe conditions to JCPRD staff.
• Archers are not allowed on the range if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Please limit shooting to an hour if other people are waiting.
• Sky Drawing is not allowed on the range.
• NOCKING ARROWS: Arrows shall not be nocked until all patrons are behind the firing line on the concrete pad.
• Permitted equipment: Longbow, recurve bow, or compound bow.
• Absolutely No Shooting when People are Down Range.
• NO crossing shots, roving or clout.
• When collecting arrows down range, ALWAYS leave your bow racked.
• All Shooters Under 18 will be Supervised by an Adult.
• Personal equipment must be inspected by the individual and maintained for safe operation.
• No fighting or horseplay allowed.
• Please Pick up trash & debris.
