Programs

Adventure Day Camp is for all Jackson County Youth ages 10-14 years old.

Adventure Camp is geared toward youth who love the outdoors. Most of the day will be spent outdoors, being active and enjoying nature. Camp activities may include white water rafting, archery, canoeing, fishing, hiking, indoor rock climbing, ropes and knot typing, map and compass, conservation principles and more. Activities will be dependent upon on weather, group interest, and ability levels.

The camp will focus on outdoor learning, leadership, discovery and fun. Our staff will help introduce your camper to new outdoor environments, self confidence, team building, and much more!

Camp Dates- June 23rd thru June 27th
Camp runs for 1 week - 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday
Drop-Off is between 8:00AM and 8:30AM
Pick-up is between 4:30PM and 5:00PM

Drop off/Pick Up at Jackson County Recreation Complex in Cullowhee.
You will be required to pack lunch, snacks and drinks (including at least a 1.5 liters of water) for your child each day.
Please let your child help you pack, this will be so they know what is in their pack!
You will be sent a list of items to have for camp closer to the starting date.
