Program is Full
This is a parent/child program for students 6 months to 2 years old. Parents are in the water, guiding their child in learning skills such as floating on their back, breath control, and finding the wall. This class teaches the child basic water comfort, swimming foundations, and safety techniques. These lessons are not only a wonderful bonding activity but provide parents with tools to further their child's swimming abilities on their own.
• Students 6 months to 2 years old
• 30-minutes per lesson in Recreation Pool
• NOTE: Parents must plan on being in the water with their child
• Lessons are Tuesdays 11:30 AM - 12 NOON
• Student-to-instructor ratio is 6:1
• Price: FREE to members or with the purchase of a day pass
