Roscoe Poteet Swimming Pool located on Municipal Drive in Sylva is owned by the Town of Sylva and is operated by the Jackson County Parks and Recreation Department. The Sylva pool is open from late May through August. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The Sylva Swimming pool offers a kiddie play area with dumping buckets, mushroom fountain and spray attractions, restrooms, hot showers and concessions. There are a limited number of chairs and loungers available and they are on a first come first serve basis, so it's a good idea to bring your own. Tentative dates of operation: June - August

RATES:
Open Swim: $3.00 per person (Lap Swim $1.00)
Season Passes: Individual is $90.00...Family is $160.00
Aqua Fitness: $5.00 per class

Pool Parties:
$80.00 for 2 hours (6:00pm - 8:00pm on Fri/Sat/Sun only) plus $15.00 per lifeguard per hour with a two guard minimum.
Maximum of 50 guest for pool parties.
