Price is $15 per person.
This is a BYOB class: Bring your own boat (and gear). All boats must be hosed off and clean before entering the pool. We have a hose and some brushes on the back patio for this purpose. Dirty boats will be asked to leave. Feel free to come in early to get ready for the class so you can make the most of your time.
Note:
Twice a month on alternating Wednesdays we will be hosting a whitewater kayak roll class here in the competition pool of the Jackson County Recreation Center. Classes will be an hour long from 6:30pm to 7:30 and instructed by Carly Thomas, a certified kayaking instructor. Whether you're a seasoned paddler looking for some warm water playboating, or a new paddler looking for instruction on building a bombproof roll, we hope to see you there!
